That yogurt sounds dreamy. Thanks for the tip, Horace. I'm behind on learning about Greek style yogurt, having recently discovered the Greek Gods brand at Earth Fare, and thinking I'd found heaven. If your Dahi brand beats that, my taste buds might burst but it will be from happiness :)

For what I consider to be some of the best yogurt you will ever eat try Namaste Plaza at the corner of Jordan and Holmes or Spice Market on Hwy 20 in Madison. Both carry a whole milk yogurt that is labeled either Dahi Desi or Desi Dahi. Great stuff and all natural. Comes in two sizes 2lbs and 5lbs. I always get the 5lb as I do a lot of cooking with it and my wife loves it for breakfast with granola. Unless prices have gone up again the 5lb should be $6 at Spice Market and $7 at Namaste Plaza. I've been eating and cooking with it for several years now and it has always been absolutely delicious. If you are not familiar with it it is much closer to greek style yogurt than what you usually get here in the US or in Europe. Much thicker and more solid. Can easily be stirred smooth though. Hope this helps.

Mountain Fork Farm. I sent them an email and they provided me with their product list for a little while, including eggs, pork, and homemade sausage. It was really convenient. They delivered to the Madison Farmers Market area on a weekly basis. However, I haven't heard from them in over a month now. I've been buying grocery store eggs again :(
